Operator Friendly, Non-Caustic, Non- Acid, Low-Odor Formula.
Directions: Remove 9000 Dissolves Powder Coat in 15 minutes to 1-2 hours at
Room Temperature in a steel, stainless or polypropylene immersion tank, drum or pail with a lid. It's Aluminum & All Metal Safe. Formulated to Clean Powder Coating from Hooks, Racks and Coating Rework at Room Temperature . Strip time will vary
depending on type of coating and coating film build. Mechanical
Agitation is not required, however will accelerate stripping. Air agitation
is not recommended: Air-(Oxygen will reduce solution life). Use No-
Water with Remove 9000. Rinse parts with water after stripping.
REMOVE 9000 can be re-used up to 12-14 months with regular maintenance and sludge removal. Let the powder sludge settle to the bottom of your container or tank and then
de-cant the solution, i.e., (pump or pour off the top portion of the solution, leaving only the heavy sludge on the container bottom), remove the sludge, replace the lightly used solution to the tank and replenish the tank with fresh REMOVE solution on a regular basis, as required by your production.

handling this product.
First Aid: In case of eye or skin contact flush with large amounts of water
for 15 minutes. If irritation persists, see physician. In case of

Remove 9001-Gel Powder Coat Remover
Description: Remove 9001-Gel is a Brush-on, Room Temperature Powder Coat
Remover; it is a Non-Hazardous, Ready-to-Use thickened Powder
Stripper that removes all types of Powder Coatings overnight.
Operator Friendly, Non-Methylene Chloride Formula
Directions: Agitate before Using. Apply Remove 9001-Gel to parts as -received at
Room Temperature with a Natural bristle brush or Natural lambs wool
roller. Cover parts with polypropylene plastic wrap to keep stripper in
place and wet on all surfaces, let set on parts 2-hours to overnight if necessary to easily remove powder coating the next morning. After stripping rinse
parts with water or blast with a non-abrasive media-(if water-less
removal is required). Formulated to Clean Powder Coating from
Hooks, Racks and Coating Rework at Room Temperature overnight.

Remove 9002 Heated-Powder Coat Remover
REMOVE 9002 De-Laminator
Description:
Remove 9002 Concentrated, De-laminator is a Non-hazardous, Non-Methylene Chloride, Re-usable and Easy to Filter stripping solution to remove cured coatings from Hooks, Fixtures and costly Coating Rework.
Directions:
REMOVE 9002 De-Laminator is formulated to remove Powder Coating, E-coating, Epoxy, Urethanes and most other coatings from Aluminum, Steel, Stainless and Brass metal substrates. (Not for use stripping magnesium and galvanized substrates)
Eco-Friendly concentrated stripping solution used at up to 50% with water at 140F to 160F in a heated stainless steel immersion tank with lid. Strip time is usually 15-45 minutes to remove 1-3 mils of cured coating. The parts or hooks are then rinsed, dried and reprocessed through the paint or powder coating system.

Room Temperature Aluminum Wheel Rim Stripper Gel - for Brush on Applications
Description:
MILES 8659 is a non-methylene chloride, thickened gel, aluminum wheel stripper formulated to remove all types of cured coatings from aluminum, brass, stainless and steel. MILES 8659 can be used to remove Automotive OEM coatings from Aluminum Alloy Wheels over-night. Non-flammable, acid accelerated alternative to hazardous methylene chloride strippers. Not safe for use on magnesium, may be used on Galvanized and certain types of Zinc substrates at room temperature. Tire Rubber must be removed from wheel/rim prior to using stripper. Stripper will attack Wheel rubber, Latex, Acrylics, Vinyl, Fiberglass, PVC and ABS plastics.
Directions:
Apply generously with natural bristle brush, solvent safe roller or airless spray to surfaces to be stripped, let set for 2 to 4 hours to remove powder coating, for removal of OEM Aluminum wheel coatings, let set covered with polypropylene plastic overnight. Once coating is softened and lifted, remove with plastic scraper, disposable rags, shot blast media or rinse with pressure washer 1500-4500 psi. Contain waste and neutralize by sprinkling with Bicarbonate of Soda, then dispose of as non-hazardous solid, per your local regulations.

Room Temperature or low Temperature Aluminum Wheel Stripping Solution - Liquid for Immersion Applications
Description:
MILES 8660 is a Room Temperature, Non-flammable, acid accelerated alternative to hazardous Methylene chloride strippers, concentrated-liquid, aluminum wheel stripping solution formulated to remove all types of cured coatings from aluminum, brass, stainless and steel. May be heated to130F.-150F. to accelerate stripping time. MILES 8660 can be used heated to strip all types of Powder Coatings, OEM coatings from Aluminum Alloy Wheels, E-coating, Military CARC and difficult to remove PVD Primers. Not safe for use for zinc or magnesium substrates. Tire Rubber must be removed from wheel/rim prior to using stripper. Stripper will attack Wheel rubber, Latex, Acrylics, Vinyl, Fiberglass, PVC and ABS plastics.
Directions:
Utilize a stainless steel or polypropylene immersion tank with lid. Ready to use at 100% concentration for room temperature stripping or can be diluted with up to 50% water when heated to 130F.-150F. Strip time heated is 15 minutes to 1.5 hours. Room temperature strip time is 2-hours to overnight, depending on the type coating and coating film build. Agitation with a stainless-steel mixer will accelerate strip time. Never use direct air agitation into solution, as it will deplete solution life.
