How Do I Place An Order?
Go to Products tab & click on the item or items you wish to order. When you have completed your order selection, click on the Cart button in the upper right hand side of the web page.
Please note: We will email you with a paid receipt and Tracking once your order has been shipped. Please allow 48 hours for shipping and 2-3 days for UPS in the Continental US.
Payment options
You may pay with any credit or Debit card or pay directly through your Paypal account.
Do you ship to my country?
We do ship outside the continental US, Canada, Mexico, South America and Overseas. To obtain a shipping quote, please fill out our Contact Us Form and request a shipping quote. Please provide your complete address address with quantity and specific product you want us to quote.
Terms:
We provide no free samples, however we do sell 1-gallon containers for evaluation.
Order Cancellations, Refunds and Return Policy:
Orders may be cancelled for full refund, prior to shipment only.
No-order cancellations, returns or refunds, once the product has shipped.

How do I dispose of my spent REMOVE solution?
If you strip only non-hazardous powder coating in the REMOVE solution, you may dispose of the solution per your local regulations as a non-hazardous liquid. Many customers will reduce the volume of disposal liquid by evaporating the heavy sludge in an oven, in cool-down mode at < 200F. degrees in a vented metal container. Additionally other customers will utilize a non-hazardous Floor-Dry media or Floor absorbent pads or socks to dry the non-hazardous sludge to dispose of as a solid.
Is REMOVE re-usable?
Yes, REMOVE can be re-used up to 12 months with regular maintenance and sludge removal. Let the powder sludge settle to the bottom of your container or tank and then de-cant the solution, i.e., (pump or pour off the top portion of the solution, leaving only the heavy sludge on the container bottom), remove the sludge, replace the lightly used solution to the tank and replenish the tank with fresh REMOVE solution on a regular basis, as required by your production. Once the product no-longer removes powder coating overnight, it is considered depleted.
Is "Remove" acceptable to use in all 50 States?
Yes, "REMOVE" is acceptable to use in all 50 States and is also
California-friendly and does not contain any Hazardous Air Pollutants.
